Catalog > Stringed Instruments > Paracho Elite updated February 20, 2008
Paracho Elite San Marcos guitar LPD Music introduces a new premium line of Latin-themed stringed instruments, Paracho Elite Guitars, formerly known as Lone Star Guitars. Paracho Elite guitars feature premium woods, solid tops, new bracing technology, new exclusive designs, and vastly improved quality control.

The name Paracho Elite pays tribute to the Mexican village of Paracho, known as the guitar building capital of the world, where artisans have been perfecting their craft for more than 200 years. Many of the luthiers who produce Paracho Elite instruments are fourth and fifth generation musical instrument makers.

These are handcrafted high quality instruments made from the finest woods in Paracho, high in the Sierra Madre Mountains. Because they are handmade and not mass-produced, each guitar features unique styling with beautiful decorative inlays. The solid cedar tops produce an excellent tone which improves with age.
