Bargain As-Is Squeezeboxes:
Most Need Repairs

Looking for a cheap accordion or concertina? We have an impressive collection of used, as-is accordions and concertinas. We'll be happy to sell you a bargain accordion, button box or concertina if you visit us in person, but we are no longer selling them through our mail order catalog.

Our stock is constantly changing! Please email or call (301) 270-9090 on Thursdays and ask for the accordion department for the most current information on prices and availability.

Bargain as-is accordions and concertinas are not returnable!
  • Playable Used Piano Accordions
  • Playable Used Button Accordions
  • Playable Used Concertinas
  • Some of our bargain squeezeboxes are playable but sound funky. Some might be repairable for a reasonable investment in time and money, some maybe not. In a few cases, they are best thought of as decorative items, not as playable musical instruments. Straps and cases not always included. Here are our suggestions for putting one of these bargains to good use:

    Practice doing your own repairs
Display on a mantelpiece, wall, ceiling
Raid for parts: bellows, reeds, buttons, hardware... Display in the window of a cafe or restaurant
Use as a visual aid for teaching keyboard theory Create a unique piece of artwork: paint it, engrave it, decorate it
Give it to a beginning player to learn the keyboards Mount grille on a wall plaque as den decoration
Remove reedblocks; use as mute practice instrument Mount grille on the wall and throw darts at it
Remove breakable pieces; make into a child's toy Remove bass end and reeds; use as a Halloween mask
Use as a movie or stage prop Use it to stage a work of performance art
Use it to stage a demolition scene Drop from tall building as a science fair project on the law of gravity

Ask the accordion department what's new this week!
